Blueprint Origins: My Story
My name is Nikunj Poddar
A lawyer, entrepreneur, mentor, and someone who’s deeply passionate about helping law students navigate the often overwhelming world of legal education and careers.
I graduated with a BA LLB (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of India’s top law firms, including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co., IndusLaw, and LexStart Partners. Over the years, I’ve handled a wide array of PE/VC and M&A transactions, gaining expertise in due diligence, transaction documents, and commercial contracts, spanning from seed-stage investments to Series E funding rounds.
But my journey doesn’t stop at law. Four years ago, I ventured into entrepreneurship, building a hospitality business in the serene hills of Manali. Running an Airbnb, a hostel, and a café has taught me invaluable lessons in leadership, adaptability, and connecting with people from all walks of life.
What truly drives me, though, is my love for teaching and mentoring. It all started in college, where I helped my friends, classmates, and juniors with their studies, career plans, and interview prep. Over time, this passion grew into a mission to guide law students who feel lost, anxious, or unsure about their future. I understand the struggles – the career uncertainty, the lack of practical exposure, and the overwhelming gap between theory and practice.
Through my mentorship program, I aim to bridge that gap. Whether it’s through personalized guidance, practical learning, or just being a sounding board, I’m here to help you find clarity, confidence, and success in your legal journey.
