If something has gone wrong, this page says who to write to, what to include, and how quickly you will hear back. It covers the training, this site, payments and refunds, and anything to do with your personal data.

How quickly you will hear back
A grievance is acknowledged within 24 hours of being received, with a reference number. It is looked into and answered within 15 days. If it needs longer, you are told why and given a date.
Grievances about personal data
A grievance about how your personal data has been handled, or about a request to access, correct or erase it, goes to the same officer. If you are not satisfied with the answer, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 allows a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India once this route has been used.
If the answer does not resolve it
Nothing on this page takes away a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. You can file a complaint with the District or State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for your area, online through the e-Daakhil portal, or call the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, at any time.
