Refunds and cancellations
This page says how a place with Blueprint Studios - Law Edition can be cancelled, when a refund is due, how it is paid, and how long it takes. It is written so the position is clear before you pay, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 require.
Cancelling within five days of booking
You can cancel a place within five days of booking it by writing to blueprintstudioslaw@gmail.com from the address you enrolled with. The fee is refunded, less a proportionate charge for any part of the training already delivered to you in those five days.
After five days
A place cancelled more than five days after booking is not refundable, whether or not the sessions have started. Where a learner has to stop for a reason outside their control, write to us and we will offer a place on a later run of the same programme where one exists.
If we cancel or move a session
If we cancel a session and cannot offer another time within a reasonable period, you can choose between a place on the next run and a refund of the fee for the part not delivered. If we cancel a whole programme before it starts, the fee is refunded in full.
How to ask for a refund
Write to blueprintstudioslaw@gmail.com with your name, the programme, the date of booking, the reason, and any proof that supports it, such as the payment reference. We check the claim against our records and reply within the time set out on the grievance redressal page.
How a refund is paid
A refund goes back to the account or card the fee was paid from. We initiate it within three working days of agreeing it, and tell you when it has been sent. The bank or card provider then takes its own time to show the money in your account, which is usually five to seven working days.
Institutions
Where a law school, firm, chambers or organisation has enrolled you, cancellation and refunds are governed by its memorandum of understanding with us, and requests go through it.
If you disagree with a decision
Write to the grievance officer named on the grievance redressal page. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
